Join us for the inaugural Space Apps Challenge in Orlando!
The Orlando chapter of the NASA's Space Apps Challenge will take place in the heart of the city's Cultural District at Canvs, a tech coworking space. The event embraces collaborative problem solving by encouraging participants to think boldly, take initiative, and act globally.
The best teams at Space Apps are made of people with different skillsets. So don't be put off by thinking you're not be "techy" enough; you could be the one to turn your team's idea from average to awesome! Whether you're a designer, engineer, writer, artist, developer, student, entrepreneur, project manager, or jazzed-up space nerd, we want you to bring your enthusiasm to creating solutions to some of NASA's challenges in this year's hackathon. Anyone and everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level or background - just bring your brain, laptop, and passion for space.
There will be prizes/awards for the best projects and two local teams will be nominated for the international challenge judged by NASA executives!
Come build amazing apps, data visualizations, and other solutions to further space exploration, life on earth and NASA missions.
