Each opendata asset will have a twitter hashtag, to help pushing this assets within social network. With this social and opendata projects will be linked within our web. - Use gamification within the web to engage crowd for contributing with open-data assets. - Use Watson cognitive services and AlchemyAPI to discover new keywords to describe the potential, hidden, secondary uses of open data. Cognitive Services are adaptable, interactive, and contextual in the way they provide information. AlchemyAPI is democratizing breakthroughs in deep learning to power your unstructured data applications. Instead of simply returning prepared responses, these services provide answers based on what they know to be correct and can generate this "new keywords" and can explain how these new keywords were discovered, relying on information they’ve acquired over time. The system has to be configured to analyze and "understand" input keywords,content and tags, defining if these relevant keywords are considered as relevant.
